Olivine is a bit brighter and more saturated.
It's not an european ink.

RO Black and Blue? Though I didn't see any sheen in your sample, so I guess not.
Also Black 'n Blue isn't really German.
RO Moss isn't dark enough and in German it's Moos, not moss.
I'm wondering about that hint, could it be RO Khaki? That works for German, but the color doesn't seem to be dark enough
I'd guess maybe RO Motor Oil - it's dark enough to fit. But then I don't understand the hint
