Here is the ink photo. I did my best to adjust for color - the swatch is good and the writing seems accurate as long as you don't zoom in too much. (Then it looks a little too grey.)

Shocking Blue shows a lot more sheen than this ink - this is a more conventional blue ink, which is why I was surprised by the tiny amount of sheen. Marlene is a good guess, but this ink seems to be darker than the sky blue color Marlene shows in photos.

Nothing so obscure as that - I'd be willing to bet 90% of the people here have used, or at least heard of, this ink before. Berlin Notebook Blue seems to show a lot more sheen than this ink does. Again, it's a very slight amount and I wasn't expecting it at all.

Another hint: the ink looks pretty and vibrant on this paper, but it shows more shading and can look a bit washed out on other papers, especially very smooth and coated ones.
