    Hola, Jens.

Not Smoky Quartz, I'm afraid, although I do love a Pelikan ink so a good guess! SQ is darker and trends more towards a green tinge than this ink.

I fancy we're about to start another page, so I'll repost the scan to save clicking back:

Jens is Right, really nicely done. 👍

    Could it be Omas Sepia?

Alas, no, not Omas Sepia. Don't know it (unfortunately ) but an image serach seem to suggest it might be trending more red than the mystery ink.

It is isn't it? It's very dry ink. I was tempted throwing it dow the drain at first. My scanner can be iffy

Yeah, I can. I'll do what I did before, and not guess when I know the answer!

And nope, not Diamine Ochre. Not an ink I know, but it looks quite similar in the image search. I wonder if Ochre is perhaps more saturated...?

Nope, 'fraid not. Possibly a bit too dark, by the looks of it.

Not sure it'll help at this point, but let's guide Ptero out of Italy and declare: It's not Italian.

Ok thanks for the guidance. 😎

So I will leave Italy now and take a look over the big pond and towards a controversy discussed manufacturer known for some awesome colored inks but also as possible breeding ground for slime monsters creeping out of their bottles.

    Private Reserve Tanzanite Slime

What about Private Reserve Copper Burst?

    Neither Golden it be,
    Nor SBRE.
But I beg you not frown,
For it does go by "Brown".
    And wouldn't you know it,
    Today I'm a...

I wonder could I be Diamine Warm Brown,
If I were not wearing a gown, like a clown,
    rushing away on Saddle brown,
    towards the big town......

Yes! It's The Artist Ink Formerly Known As Dark Brown, Diamine Warm Brown.

It was tempting, but I resisted taking you for a ride into confusion by saying "No" on the basis that my bottle is old enough to still be labelled Dark Brown. I'm too good to you.

    Over to you, Yazeh.

    Thanks. 😀

Ok the ink look very appealing to me.

Could it be that you try to fool us with a shimmering ink which shows no shimmering because you didnˋt shaked the bottle when inking up your pen?

If so, could it be Diamine Enchanted Ocean (intentionally hiding the sparkles ✨ )
