You evidently have us stumped, Yazeh. It appears to be a dark green? Or am I all adrift and it's a black that lacks conviction.

It is a surprising ink. It's great for those who are forced to use black but have a rebellious streak in them

if by dry you mean, like Scabiosa, no it is not that dry. however, when I write with a fude nib with a Jinhao 450 it feels slightly dry.
I believe the beauty of the ink shines with wider/flex nib...
