Yes, I have them all, and they are all nice, BUT, not this ink. Close, but not close enough.

Yeah, I do understand not being able to sleep. So here is Dr. D's prescription for good sleep. Plan to get up at the same time every morning and go to bed at the same time each night. Exercise in the morning. Stop working early in the evening. Eat a lighter meal for your last meal and eat earlier rather than later. About 1 hour before the time you plan to go to bed, turn off the TV and the computer. Make yourself a cup of chamomile or mint tea and sit back and relax. Train yourself to stop thinking about what happened today and what might happen tomorrow. Relax and enjoy the quiet.

Now, that is advice that I need to heed as well. I did have my cup of mint tea but I am still on the computer! Argh!

btw - I'm not a medical doctor - close though. My Ph.D. is in Toxicology and Immunology.

I purchased it from Vanness Pens several months ago and am just now getting around to try it. I was surprised that there was no number associated with this ink or with Harbor Sky. Perhaps it was made in a different place. So far, it feels far more like a Callifolio ink than a Kobe ink. But it is still a keeper.

Great guesses, but thi got it!

Mint can be a stimulant in higher quantities. But with the small amount used in most mint teas, it should not be a problem. Actually any non-caffinated tea can help to relax so that you can get some sleep. Deep breathing exercises and meditation help as well. But turning off the TV and computer at least an hour before bed does help - for me anyway.
