AND WE HAVE A WINNER!
CONGRATULATIONS, thi!!!!!
The ROCKER rocks it again! Well done!!!!
The clue was the chemical formula for Jade - which you all seemed to get. The double "deltas" below the final product were to indicate "Inferno". Once you had "Jade Inferno", it was easy to find that it made by Birmingham Pen Company.
See! I said it would be easy!
Over to you, thi!
To be honest, I received the ink a couple of days ago, and have been playing with it. I really like it. It is nicely wet - almost too wet for the Prima. I also have it a Pilot VP with a dry nib, and the ink is lovely. It shades nicely in both pens, and has a lovely red sheen. This will be a great Christmas card ink, I am thinking.
I will probably put together an ink review for it.
Kingdom Note Jade Vine?

Oh! I'm so jealous I have a huge wishlist of Birmingham inks, and a really good voucher too (their way of apologising for not shipping to the UK at the moment) and one of these days, I'll get to use it!
Congratulations thi (or rather thi's wife!!
I told my wife that she was right and she looked very, very pleased with herself!
Then I told her she'd have to post the next ink, and I got the "no way never" look...
It took me a bit to work my way over to actinolite and nephrite, but I got there eventually.
That was fun! Thank you!
I'll try and put something together...
Great job figuring out the two varieties of jade. Nephrite is more closely related to what we recognize as jade, but actinolite seems to be more accepting of the various dyes used in fine jade. While jade isn't something that I am that knowledgeable about, I thought a chemical equation for the formation of jade might be more fun that the detoxification of acid runoff or endocrine disruptor concentrations in riverine systems.

I’m not sure I would’ve figured those out, but I would’ve tried!
Now, surprising news! A deal has been struck, and my wife has prepared the clue!

I feel that our sad scanner failed here, but I provided that image anyway.
My wife created most of the writing and sketch with the Parker T1, the exception being the additional text I added with the glass pen.
A previous owner of the T1 must have over-tightened the nib screw which resulted in a “minor” crack in the feed.
This T1 still writes, but it does so dryly, and the resulting lines it produces are a bit faint.
The pen has made it through this evening without incident, was flushed, and is resting once again.
Enjoy the clue!

Love the sketch and the recipe. Yes, I know what cocktail this is because it is one of my favorites. So, with that and the color, I guess it could be:

I loved her clue! And Cosmos are one of my favorite flowers, as well as Cosmopolitans being a favorite cocktail!
Actually, thi, could you please ask your wife for a favor from me?
I need to travel out of town for the next couple of days. Could she please take my turn? I would really, really appreciate it!

Thank you so much!
Oh well done DrPenfection! That was super quick I have to admit, I'd barely read it as I was completely transfixed by the T1. Such a fabulous pen - you lucky thing!
