Some fantastic guesses there - I've just been comparing swatches and it really is very like Vert Atlantide, but without the shimmer. There are also definite similarities to Diamine Green Umber. These are both inks I use a lot - in fact one of my other old Pelikans is permanently filled with Green Umber, which is a near perfect match to its particular binde.

None of these are this ink, however.

Just diluted or with something else added (enquiring minds etc). I bet it's not as dry as the 'real' version

No shimmer? It looked so much like there is a wee bit of shimmer in the swatch!

Well, then I'm going to guess MB Racing Green (but then I guess I won't be getting some as my next purchase haha)

No shimmer. Promise. Perhaps a bit of show through? (I used Rhodia rather than my usual Oxford Optik or TR).

No, not Racing Green, which is darker and more yellow.

Ah, not Racing Green is good news, because I need to be able to buy myself a bottle of whatever this ink is! I also really like the look of that Herbin Vert Atlantide, but I'm not too keen on putting shimmer inks in my pens.

It's definitely not unobtanium.

I have no qualms about using shimmer inks in modern c/c pens, preferably with fat or flex nibs. I don't use them in anything precious or which can't be disassembled for cleaning.
