It's not H de Balzac, although I think the mystery ink is almost a doppelgänger for that one. At least, it's the closest I've found to that LE/discontinued ink.

The mystery ink is a current production ink.

You have a very good eye for colour, Ptero. That's spot on! Well done. It's a lovely sea/turquoise blue, with subtle shading and outline sheen.
