Can you give us some info on properties of the ink?
You mentioned no shading, how's drying time etc.?

More info:
I don't like saturated inks normally. But this one was so unusual that I actually wanted to buy a bottle right away.
And that despite a long dry time of 50 seconds.
I would say it's a tactile ink. Sensuous.
It has no bleed through on Rhodia.
Oh and this ink has a reputation

Well the obvious Blue ink with a reputation is BSB, but that's obviously not it as you included it in the sample.
But long drying time makes me think of other Noodler's
Maybe Noodler's Eel Blue?
Not sure if it has a reputation, or about the tectile/sensuous hint...
