Parker Permanent Rot
Parker Permanent Rot
platinum pigmented rose red
Made in the US?! That definitely narrows it down. There are only 4 companies I know that currently make ink in the US:
Noodler's, Levenger, Private Reserve, and Organics Studio.
Organics Studio Elements Mercury Red? (though I didn't think that one was pigmented)
...unless it's a vintage ink.

Speedball red?
Man, I'm excited to see who this other US manufacturer is! I don't know a single other company that makes their inks in the US. Higgins, maybe? But AFAIK they're just calligraphy inks (like Speedball).
Dr. Ph. Martin's red garnet rose?
Dr. Ph. Martin's Ocean Garnet Red Rose?
Wouldn’t have got there without all the clues. Thanks for bringing these inks to our attention, migo.
Was kind of hoping it would turn out to be ‘permanent rot’ because that’s the state of my office right now ... Anyway, will rummage in the ink drawer and prep something for later.
No pens currently inked (to coin a phrase) with this one, so resorting to glass and steel dip nibs, and a q-tip.
Images are cropped but not corrected. Paper is Rhodia dot pad.
