Good idea and nice ink, but no.

It terms of the special nature of this ink, I only know two or three companies which make them but they are well known.

It's not a shimmer ink
I think it's also not related to water proofness and was how this can be achieved.
It's not a special/limited ink edition.

No, it has none of those features listed above and it isn't pigment (it might've been Sailor Storia Lion then, mightn't it? ).

The colour guesses have been close, I would estimate it as between a yellow and an orange.
One or two of the manufacturers suggested have been, at the very least, very close links...
