    Yes, it is Noodler's Squeteague!

When I decided to use this ink, I knew I had to draw a cat (poor one at best) because I would have named a cat Squeteague. (I don't have a cat anymore. I am not allergic to them. That is why I have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.)

This is the ONE and ONLY Noodler's ink in my house. This was sent to me by a friend to try out. I must say that I have and I am done with it.
That really is a great cat name!
You presented the ink so desirably that I was strongly considering getting this one, but your last sentence is helping me resist. Whew!
Thank you again for the lovely sketch and guessing game!

I'll try and put something quick together, though it may take me a bit to get to it...
Note to self: ink in current production!

Oh well done thi! I didn't even bother with Noodlers inks as I know DrP feels much the same about them as I do!

It's still a great cat though

My wife says that my sketches are getting better and this is my best work!
She also said my other work was terrible, and I really just agree with her there.
I had fun with this one though, and I hope you all have fun too!

I apologize in advance for any color accuracy difficulties.
I struggled to get the images to look right, and they still don’t look correct.
Pen is a Jinhao fude in a Moonman T1. It is a rather wet writer.
    Paper is Kokuyo Campus CYO-BO.

Thank you and it's a hole in one!
This one was already inked and ready to go.
The more I play with it, the more I like it too!

I'm perfectly happy to quickly send the next round over to DrPenfection!

It was your drawing. Words at the tip of the iceberg and more words below the water line. Only inspiration can bring those hidden words to the surface. Excellent clue. And thank you for posting.

Waterman Inspired Blue (aka Waterman South Seas) is the ink that got me through my undergraduate years in college many, many, many years ago. One of my first fountain pens, a Sheaffer No-Nonsense was always filled with it. For me it has always been inspiring.

But, thi, I would like to pass this round off to your lovely wife, who gives you honesty and inspiration. She would be helping me a great deal if she took my turn. Today I am getting ready to take a long trip, and tomorrow I will be traveling all day. I am not sure when I will be able to get back here. So, if you would be so kind to consult your wife, it would help me immensely! Thank you!

Unfortunately we have a funeral service to attend later.
Perhaps someone else would like to jump in today?
I could probably get something new up tomorrow, but I wouldn't want to stop the weekend guessing fun.

    Condolences thi
And have a safe trip DrPenfection.

I'm always happy to throw something in just for fun. Today's pen is an Opus 88 picnic with a 1.1 stub. One of my favourite workhorse brands.

So this one shouldn't be too hard to guess - but I want to know why this nursery rhyme goes with it

Sorry to have been absent. I have a small medical problem that is being cured by antibiotics, but modern doctors like to send you to have every test possible. So in the past week I have been poked, x-rayed, ultrasounded and have given more blood and other samples than I knew I had to dispose of! The antibiotics are helping, but make me feel under the weather. I shall definitely be back asap. Recent drawings were lovely, but the meanings too subtle for me. No matter, I shall persevere.

Absolutely right Jens - a hole in one!!

Can anyone think what the connection is to the rhyme?

@David, I hope you're at least feeling better - at least you're being looked after, which is a great deal more than can be said for what would be happening if you were at the mercy of the NHS, which appears to have now ground to a complete halt...

    Ahh, great!
Well, the rhyme - London - Mabie Todd Swan?
    London - mist - illusion?
    Just brainstorming...
