I feel compelled to guess this one again...
Is it Noodler's Sequoia Green?
Guess as many time as you want... but no..
It's one of those complex inks...
Look how the back of the paper looks after running under water.....

.
The problem with looking at swatches of Sailor Ink Studio inks is that so many of them aren't in agreement...
How about Sailor Ink Studio 462?
It does remind me of Sailor Rikyu Cha after washing...but it looks a lot more green before washing.
Not a Sailor ink
Diamine Salamander
Not Diamine..
Colorverse Life on Mars?
Not Colorverse
Well, I guess at least we're narrowing it down, a little anyway!
Akkerman Zuiderpark Blauw-Groe
or maybe GcFC Deep Sea Green (which if it isn't, it should be, because it's gorgeous!)
Or Papier Plume Streetcar Green?
Or it might be a Birmingham one, in which case I have no chance as I can't get them shipped here and half the colours are unobtanium and delisted anyway! Unless it's Black Ice, which is one of the only ones I can remember.
None of the four.... there's no hurry.... tomorrow is another day
Probably way off but noodlers marine?
Thanks

Urahairo?
Glad to see you here. Not way off, but not on the dot either
This ink is tricky, it turns green on some absorbent papers, and light steel teal on others.
I wish.....
HInt: Ironically in retrospect, this ink has something in common with Zanzibar, after all but nothing with Billy Joel
