There are also other overpriced inks like Iroshizuku, Caran d‘Ache, Faber Castell, DuPont and Vuitton to name some.

Ok, not Scabiosa - so I underestimated it's saturation...
Then it could be Diamine Grape?

It isn't apparent with my dry-writing EF pen but, yes, you underestimated the saturation by a considerable margin.

Diamine Grape is an excellent guess. The ink in question is a Diamine ink. It does sheen a lot. And the color of the ink and sheen are similar to those of Grape.
