I normally don't like Green ink, especially dark Green ones, this I knew I liked before I ordered a sample, go figure.....

According to Platinum it was not named for the color, but it was named because there is an iron gall component, so the blue will slowly fade and turn black over time.

yes, but Registrars and ESSRI are iron gall BBs, and they actually DO change.

I think platinum needs to either up the IG or rename it...
not that i have any illusions that platinum cares at all what i think ! :P

Certainly is a slow change. Out of curiosity I looked back in my ink log, and a writing sample from Jan 2015 is looking greyish-blue now. Just. Reminds me of Salix a bit. The Feb 2017 sample looks blue as blue can be.
