Diamine November Rain ?

Told you it was easy
The sheen gave it away !
That was the whole point
Alright then, here's a new one.
A relatively dark blue, well-behaved ink that doesn't spread, feather or bleed much.
This sample shows some shading, because of the broad nib on non-absorbent paper.
Edit: I added a few comparisons with well-known blue inks.

Diamine Sapphire?
Diamine Majestic blue
or Skulls and Roses?

Neither. It's not a Diamine ink. Right continent, though.
Oh and I've never seen any sheen on this ink. I don't think there's any.
I mixed up the shading with sheen. I thought I saw some red in the s of mystery....
Thanks for the content guide:
Kaweco Royal Blue?

No, not a Royal Blue, and not washable.
The brand is German indeed, but the ink isn't manufactured in Germany.

R&K Salix?
It canˋt be Salix as Rohrer&Klingner inks are produced in Germany.
Imho Salix is also way more on the gray side.
Montblanc inks on the other side are manufactured in Austria.
Looking at the sample and taking the hints into account my guess would be:
Montblanc Blue Permanent.
Montblanc Permanent Blue
Next time Yazeh
Thanks GrayFool
I‘m currently preparing something and take a picture tomorrow with daylight.
I can already tell it will be not a blue ink.
