Well at least I got this one to load before someone guessed it, so I'm already off to a better start!

Hmm. Kinda makes me think of Diamine Soft Mint or Herbin Vert Réséda, but slightly dirtier (in a good way). On the basis of some samples looking like this, although quite a few others look completely different... De Atramentis Pigeon Blue?

Good to see you back I thought you had forsaken this thread....
None of the three brands. I'll post a photo after my 'porridge'... I believe it's more of a blue grey color..

    A brand I like, but haven't tried - L'Artisan Pastellier!
The new photo looks less tealish, so Gris de Payne?

    Best

Didn't know about Kyoto as dry inks. Thanks for that. :-)

Have a nice day, sunny here, some pears waiting to be harvested...

Gracias. A brand I like too, although I don't have that one.

Now I really should make an effort to remember not to guess when the connection is acting up - I have a sample but can't get the attachment doohickey to load in order to post it! If someone would like to jump in and post something, go right ahead. Meantime I'll keep trying. (insert smashing computer smilie here - yep, I can't get that window to load either...)

Hurry is definitely not the problem. Should you be a brain dead masochist wish to get the full Weevil Burrows experience, click on a link and stare at the ceiling for two, maybe three minutes before looking at the result. Then click on another link, including the ceiling staring contest. Repeat five or six times. Maybe seven. Then imagine that's just one page you want to load. Then imagine doing that and the page never loads.

I AM GOING INSANE WITH FRUSTRATION HERE. (Turns out there isn't a computer breaking smilie on here. Sigh.)

However, a new day, evidently no-one else is up yet, so finally I have success:

    20200919_134052_compress8.jpg

It's not nearly as saturated as it appears in this photo, and a bit less red, but my photo editing software won't work on this machine and if you think I'm trying another upload... Needless to say no shimmer, shine, sprinkles, sheen, or unicorns. Paper is Rhodia dotpad.
