Price is great deoending on how high it goes and its one hell of a great pen !!!

Beautiful as well and new with a wonderful Broad nib, has everything I would want.

I have an older m100 that I like very much except for the OB nib that gives me a hard time lol

I also have an M400 that is pretty much the same size as the M200.

Good size and Pelikan is an outstanding company.

Good choice and if you don't like the nib after a while, then replacements in other sizes are cheap and easy to get.

Excellent point I forgot about ....

    Check out http://www.nibs.com/PelikanNibsAvailableForCusto.htm

The nibs easily screw out and you can find them on ebay and other retailers as well.. i used nibs.com as its a good example

They are great pens! I use my m400 every day (basically the m200 with a gold nib and more trim). If you are looking for great info on Pelikan history, go to this websitehttp://www.ruettinger-web.de/e-index.html. It has all the models and production times...etc. Rick Propas also has a great article on his website "The PENguin:" http://www.thepenguinpen.com/pelikan...an_history.jsp

    Best!

actually after more research and studying of all pelikan models , i dont think they are that expensive , i mean i could not afford many of them and some limited editions etc are expensive but overall i think fair priced for the looks and quality .

If you don't pay full retail, I agree.

This is the pen I dream about but can't afford. The Pelikan M710 Toledo in silver and black (the smaller one).

If you come across another one, do not hesitate... grab it. $75 USD was a great price on a fantastic pen. My new green transparent M200 just arrived today and I inked it up and fell in love with Pelikans all over again. I am still saving to replace my M600 and vintage 400NNs, but for now the M200 is a fantastic daily carry pen.
