What is shown in the picture is a 149. No way to tell what is actually being sold though.

May I ask how you identified it as a 149?

relative width to length. If you have looked at lots of 149s and 146s the different ratio of width to length start to stand out. The two leftmost pens are a 149 and 146. Can you see the different profiles?
