4 letters posted yesterday, nothing posted today. I have a feeling one of yesterday's letters is a second reply to the same letter received at the start of the month!

Postcards, photos, maybe if they collect then used stamps, newspaper clippings, maybe teabags (fruit/herbal).... but not with every letter, or to every correspondent.

Depends who, some people read simular books. Some write, some know things I have no clue about. Letters with pen pals are like analog e-mails. What do you talk about with friends you only see once a month or so?

As some of you know firsthand, it may take me several months to get a reply back to you. There are many still in my reply pile awaiting a response. You probably also know that my letters rarely get shorter. The more times we write and the more topics we discuss, the longer they get. Here are my last two replies for illustration.

spent the end of December and the beginning of January working on it.

Spent the last ten days working on it.

Both are on Rhodia 18 paper and are double sided.

    Only 52 left to go.

One going out today, and with that I will have replied to all InCoWriMo/LetterMo people in my queue over the past 10 or 12 days after not writing anyone for about 2 months. All my InCoWriMo correspondents waiting for a reply should have one to reply to during this years InCoWriMo by Feb 2 or 3.

Two out. However many in will remain a mystery until I get home.
Online arguments are a lot like the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
As soon as the audience begins to participate, any actual content is lost in the resulting chaos and cacophony.
At that point, all you can do is laugh and enjoy the descent into debasement.

Hmm. I was going to send something today but I lost the letter. That sucks. Now I have to rewrite it and I have no idea on where it could have possibly went. Also I need to buy stamps but the post office is closed
