3 out today and 2 in. This is getting fun!
11 in yesterday. Zero today. One will go out tomorrow, it is all I can muster on a work night.
Crazyorange and silverbreeze: thanks! I'll send you out something soonish. I have so far sent out 19 things. Not as many as some of you, not by a long shot, but I'm on track for 28.
I wrote a letter to a friend from High School.
I received a letter from V.O. and one from a LetterMo person with whom I have not previously corresponded.
3 letters have been posted in the dry, in a nice little post office.
I have sent out two letters today...with zero in. So so sad is my little mailbox. Haha! That places me at 37!
Hmmm. No mail either at work or at home yesterday. Perhaps the weather?

During the InCo 2015 "season" (meaning, this month, and some of last), I've sent outgoing correspondence to 54 separate individuals so far (letters, by and large), and I'm getting a good flow, InCo-ming.
I'm considering how to use the remaining days as well as I can, although there are more interesting addresses out there than I can fit into the next week. However, I have sent a few belated thank yous, and to let people know the positive things they have done to affect my life. Without InCo, I doubt I would have done that.
Expecting that my InCoWriMo will be followed by InCo(Re)ReadMo, and InCoReplyMo (otherwise known as the month March), thanks to all the wonderful mail that's coming into my box.
It's easy to think that a handwritten letter is a simple thing, yet no two that I've received are the same. It's been fun to see how varied they all are, and to know that everyone's InCo experience is unique.

1 letter in from an established penpal, and a quick thank you from another penpal. Having a sort of tidy up (one side of my bureau has used stamps, so moving them out - one stamp I moved has a fountain pen on (UNESCO - Education)) so will resume letter writing in a couple of hours.

Three out today and two in, one, well worked and artistic, from well known & prolific FGeek from near Sydney in Australia, but we won't hold that against him will we?
I managed three today. Unfortunately I slipped up and put on a domestic stamp to a international letter, and now I have to figure out how much more postage to add to it before sending.

Two out today, none in.
I've stopped buying the international forever stamps, so I know this:
Two "forever" domestic stamps plus one 20 or 21 cent stamp == 1.18 or 1.19; international forever currently == 1.15. So if you don't mind "wasting" three or four cents, you can use whatever domestic forever stamps you find interesting instead of the basically boring international forever stamps.
FWIW the 21 cent stamp is the "second ounce" domestic stamp, and the 20 cent stamp was the second ounce stamp with the previous rate schedule and is still available in a lot of POs.
I sent a note to a good friend who couldn't make it to the LA Pen Show.

If that works, the 66-cent or 70-cent stamps will work then. 70 cents is the current 2-oz rate and I think the 66-cent was the previous one.
Adding: two 34-cent postcard stamps will do it as well, and you may have those around somewhere if you send postcards domestically.

One of my friends that I follow on Twitter said she needed a reminder about X, so today's outgoing was a reminder postcard.
A postcard from a new person and two letters in today, one from VO (I love that Queen Bee card!) and one from Bert (which got here in a very swift 7 days).
Our house is currently a snotty quarantine zone and Chris and I are sleeping in shifts so we don't keep waking each other with all the coughing and sneezing (Doris just sleeps all the time), so sitting upright at a desk and writing is a bit too much effort to think about at the moment. Hoping tomorrow will be an improvement, the pile of incoming is already stacking up!
I sent one and got one. Funny enough the person I received a letter from just got my surprise InCo letter! Why do I feel like I slow down when I only write one letter a day?
I still have more letters to write...and just noticed. Only EIGHT more days left. Nooooooooooooooo!
One in yesterday, and another 3 out today.
