I'm grateful they did deliver it, but they took a lot of trouble to do so. Now I'm going to mail it to someone else and see if it gets there. Again- I won't put a return address on it and see if they'll do all the work.

    Further research...
It seems like they took the trouble to let you know how to mail a non-conforming small envelope in the future but without requiring you pay again to finish delivery of this one. So it seems you should attach future 3x3 envelopes to a postcard in order to avoid delay.

How did they attach it? Glue? Tape?

If I only wrote 500 to 900 words each, I could make some real progress. Happily they are turning out more to be in the 1500 - 2500 range, thus the slowdown.
So far this month; 21 in, 22 out, 66 waiting.
As Homer Simpson said you can use statistics to prove anything........however there is not much you can do with 66 waiting except less statistics and more writing and knitting.

Thanks for being such a "benchmark"

It was taped to the sheet you see in the photo--on the back were full printed instructions-it's a printed form they must use. You're right--they want a bigger piece of mail, but I'm driven to try it again going to someone else, no return address, to see if they do it consistently. And perhaps another one with return address...

How would you like a teeny letter?

Anxious, I'm not anxious, why would I be. It's not like anyone has pointed anything out that would... oh. um...

    It's okay, I don't have 66 anymore.
2 Written tonight waiting for the morning pickup, 1 in = 65

    Everything is so much better.

mtnbiker62, one of tonight is headed your way.

VO - Thats a good idea, the calling card I mean. I may have to get some made if this Pen Pal thing goes off like it might. Replying here to put the calling card idea out into the group mind. Expect a penned letter soonish

Love Cafe Press for so many reasons. But a Zibillion? I may need to go back and look at stuff as I only remember a bazillion, which is less as I understand it. :-)

Lol, oddly enough I am penning the readable final draft of my letter to a Ronay as I post this. Possibly the same Ronay. Wouldn't that be curious

Would I be letting the cat out of the bag if I said her birthday is coming up? I just penned a letter for her a bit ago, and am sending a little something-something coming up as well.
Looks like the only letter I'm getting done today is heading to a pal in The Netherlands. Its quite a long letter, but the postman didn't bring any mail today except flyers (can you picture my poutyface from there?) so that gives me the weekend to pen something to Thailand then I'm caught up again.

I have absolutely no idea what that means. But it has me terribly curious! The mailroom on campus here just does not understand me. However after about 18 months on SwapBot they have just stopped asking and just put it in my mailbox, or send me an email to come pick it up.
