Four in this week so far, all InCoWriMo's, so March will become InCoRplyMo for me, nine in the stack to reply to now. Glad I don't have mtnbiker62's 20 in my pile... (but his reply is lurking in my stack!)

My stamps (finally) arrived yesterday. Well, half of them anyway. Currently 5 in my reply pile but knitting is taking priority because I've just realised my new neice/nephew is due in 2 weeks, and I've got a rabbit and a hedgehog to make!

one letter out yesterday, one out today (2 almost finished), 3 letters in.
I know this is a little late but for some reasons I was focusing on other things during February....
Here are my totals for the month:
I was doing great till the third week when the fever hit, taking all my thinking away. Happily, I did recover and just got my 28th letter out the door before the end of the month. In 2013 I sent out 92, in 2014 I sent out 144, it kinda make this year’s 28 look funny but they were full replies and not just short introductions.
15 in, 28 out.
It looks like I almost sent out 20,000 words (19,225 / 28 = 686.6 words a day on average). Running those numbers made me curious so... 2013 21,369 (763.2 a day), 2014 33,459 (1,195 a day).
Since Feb 1, 2013:
For all those feeling the pressure of 5, 10, 20+ letters waiting to be replied to, take your time. You will get through them. It is better both for you and the receiver of the reply if you don't rush or force it.
I almost got mine down to 40 and am replying to letters that I received at the end of October. They have other letters to play with and would much rather have a reply that is filled with answers, questions, and random ramblings, then a quick "I got your letter but don't have much time to...". Savour them and they will too.
May your new conversations last for years.

Overall balance for February 2015, out 112, in 12. Thank you all for the beautiful letters.
3 out, 1 in. Have 2 ready for posting tomorrow.
Two out today, replies to InCo letters.
Potter, Could you please DM me Zdanek's address? I received a nice note from him and misplaced it before I copied down his address I've been wanting to write him back but haven't been able to find anyone else who had received something from him. Thanks!
Details PM'd over
One letter received from the Czech Republic, 2 letters out.
I haven't yet finished the letter I started yesterday. One letter arrived today. Intending to have more than one letter ready for posting on Monday.
Letter out to Germany. Sorry it was so long in coming and sorry there was no tuck in, but I've got something special planned for the next letter.
I LIKE feathering; it looks pretty.
Two written today (and half a rabbit knitted).
Been a bit lacking in the keeping track department lately but I think it's 8 out and 1 in this week.
We look forward to the time when the power of love will replace the love of power. Then will our world know the blessings of peace.
3 done yesterday and two today so far. Would like to go for one more this evening but must mow the lawn.
Three more written today, and the bunny now has two legs.

Mow the lawn? It's going to be at least another month before we even start to thing about doing that. There is probably a good 3 feet of packed snow on the lawn.
Two ready to go out tomorrow.
Tracy Lee (March 9th, 2015)
Working on my InCoWriMo replies. 3 on the way out tomorrow.
