One in and one ready to go out tomorrow. My organized letter box is devolving into a box with letters randomly stuffed inside.

I know the feeling well, except now I have two boxes one for the US & the other the rest of the world.

Another two out this morning. Slowly winning the war of the the reply pile.

After a 6-month hiatus (did I say things were improving last time? I was so very wrong... Not jinxing it again) I wrote a letter today, woohoo!

I also found a sealed envelop with a letter to Bogon07 that I seem to have written 'earlier' but not posted... Ahem...

Wrangling the "Big Class Paper" and a final exam, but hoping to get one or two out this weekend...not that it will make much of a dent in the pile...

    1 out, 1 in.
Online arguments are a lot like the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
As soon as the audience begins to participate, any actual content is lost in the resulting chaos and cacophony.
At that point, all you can do is laugh and enjoy the descent into debasement.

Three out this morning so the reply pile is clear & the penguin can put this feet up for the time being.

This is a great idea for a thread. Today I wrote my MPP (minister of provincial parliament for those who don't live in a Westminster democracy) to express my displeasure with the current leadership of the party that I generally like to vote for. It was a very satisfying letter to write, though it may come off a little too Grandpa Simpson. I really like sending hand written letters to my elected representatives; they're likely to assume that I'm from the older generation, who's votes they more eagerly vie for.

Just when the reply pile is clear, two come in. Better tell penguin to put on his flipper slippers and get back to the writing desk.

Went to the PO to pick up some more international stamps.
