I clicked on my notifications since it said I had a Reputation comment. I couldn't find it......where might it be?

Community, then Reputation Board. (right near Forum Actions) which is next to (Quick Links)

You can see it there (Reputation Board), or you can click on "Settings" on the upper right. Don't ask me why it's under "Settings".
