I bit the bullet, selling pens and bought my first Nakaya. A beautiful Heki Tamenuri writer. The box and kimono make a tremendous presentation. It is a gorgeous brown green. My iPhone pictures don't do it justice. Look it up on nibs.com and see better photos. The only thing that bothers me is that after I use it, if I uncap it a few hours later it's hard to start. I'm using a cartridge I filled with Schaefer document ink. I'm thinking I didn't get enough pressure to keep the ink flowing better. Tomorrow I'll try the converter to see if it helps. I'll edit after I do that. The nib itself writes beautifully.
