    Default New to Noodler's question

I am new to Noodler's ink, and I want to get the Noodler's ink Heart of Darkness, but I don't need the free pen. So, I was wondering if there was a website or dealer that just sells the bottle of ink. Or if there is an ink "similar" to this, that you would suggest.

    Hi,

You can always get the Ink+Pen and give the pen (as a donation) for the Pen for Kids project by Pen Collectors of America. That way, you'll have the Ink you desire and one more kid will enjoy discovering Fountain Pens.

Hope that helped in any way..

If you go for the 3oz (90ml) bottle you don't get a pen. You could try contacting Goulet Pens or Anderson Pens to see when they are getting new stock.

We don't seem to get the bigger 4.5oz bottles here in Australia.

Alternately you could try another Noodlers black
    Borealis Black
    Black
    Bernake Black
Dark Matter - I bought this just for the label and it is a good black but not as intense as HoD
    Polar Black
    X-feather

You could throw the pen away. That's what I always do.

Some people really like these pens. You could tell whoever you're ordering from that you don't want it and to put it in another random bottle. Could be a nice surprise for someone

Having an extra pen never hurt anyone. Apart from Dragon's Napalm, the large format inks are priced more or less the same per unit volume, so you're not paying extra for the pen.
"What are moon-letters?" asked the hobbit full of excitement. He loved maps, as I have told you before; and he also loved runes and letters, and cunning handwriting, though when he wrote himself it was a bit thin and spidery.
