If that is your criteria, then I most definitely aspire to be a dud!

@markiv, those are excellent sample of a mini-collection!

I just happen to take this family photo this morning: A row of Diamond Points.

And an authentic Waterman's pen wrap (who knows how old it is) as the background

Unique and restored vintage pens: Redeem Pens

I'd like to think I have been lucky to have found these but there is incredible wisdom in "you buy the dealer and not the pen". Networking is critical in gaining access to knowledge of unicorn pens let alone buying one.

Back to topic; Thank you all - very kind.

PS: My collection mostly comprises of vintage European and pens with interesting fillers. I hope to share more of them in future.

What a fantastic set of celluloids!!!

Omas: We will have to kill 352 - the lattice celluloid is infeasible.
    Diamond Point: Hold my beer

Diamond Point: Can I have my beer back?

LOL - This perhaps is a bit dark but here goes nothing -

One's most hated pen brand: Wait you guys have beer there?

BIC. They screwed up the good stuff when they went on a buying spree.

Another theme I go after is clones!
Here are a bunch of Duofold inspired pens from Europe
T to B: Lapis Osmia, Crazy No-name, Red marbled Ripet, Apple green Luxor.

I was not a fan of metallic pens till I was introduced to OMAS 360 form factor. Here is a mini-collection except for the T2 in the bottom.
The topmost one is a uncommon piece made out of Aluminium.
    Happy Thanksgiving.

I needed to survey where I am with the Moore pens, so I took a quick shot this morning of all but a couple bits and pieces. I've slowed down, with only a couple pieces that I might reasonably expect to find/acquire not yet represented. It has been fun seeing the range of this almost-ran company. I wish they would have had better management, because many of the pens they made were very nice.

Click here if you want to zoom in on a higher res shot, I just didn't want it to clog up the thread display.

Moore had some unique and eye catchy celluloids. I love the deco-ness of their Maniflex nibs.
A fingertip has been on my list for ever.....

Wow, what gorgeous 400s. Which of those were the most difficult to find?

Several impressive pens in this lineup but lately I have developed a thing for demos
