    Default Churchill style pen

Evening all. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions for me.
I would like a Churchill (conway stewart) style pen, similar to the flat cap Duofold Parkers I suppose, but I don't want to spend hundreds.
Marbled colours would be nice but not essential, I just want a nice writer.
    Any suggestions appreciated.

Wyvern produced a red hard rubber model that looked like a big Parker, and one or two other models with flat tops - I once had one in mottled hard rubber, but I fear you'd have quite a job finding one.

Rosetta has a model of the Magellan in a nice burnt umber marbled acrylic for $70.00. And for quite a while, people were going after Duofold look-alikes from Kaigelu - might be iffy quality nibs, but that would be a cheap replacement.

Check out the Kaigelu 316, you might be pleasantly surprised. There are also some reviews out their for you to check out.

Thanks for the advice, I will be checking all these out.
I was also checking out the epic from scriptorium pens, not a bad price for a handmade pen, bit of a wait though.

For your consideration..perhaps a Sheaffer NoNonsence Vintage in Marbled Green..Red..or
Blue..with a choice of many nib grades.

The no nonsense looks better than the name suggests.

The only thing "iffy" about mine is that the gold masking is slightly misaligned.

I did notice that in pictures of the kaigelu pens, I wondered on the quality. Although I have a Jinhao which is an exceptional writer.
