I got my first letter this week! So excited! I sent out about 10 letters introducing myself. Gonna work on a couple more this weekend!

I'm having the very same problem! I received several letters and have only answered two---and I have the rest of the addresses in front of me, waiting for a letter to go inside their envelopes. So, I also apologize!

Playing with fountain pens is a pleasure in itself, as is writing in any form (for me, anyway), and on top of that I'm getting to know all of you wonderful people. It delights me that I can write a letter to you, and for a very small sum it will be hand-carried to your door, hundreds or thousands of miles away. And I've received three letters in the past week (from three different countries). This is great!! So banish any bad feelings about 'slow' replies. There is no pressure, there are no deadlines. Whether you write in two weeks or two months, I'm always happy to hear from you. Thank you for writing!

Don't worry about it, I think most of us are behind. I'm slowly making a dent in my pile and just when I think I've cleared the weekend to reply to everyone, something happens. Maybe I just need to learn to write faster and use less words.
