If you don't have any luck finding a seller of a Techo cover, you might consider this as an option. It depends whether you'll want to keep a lot of extras in it, as it takes the Techo, a pen & not much more (see reviews)

I've used this one with a Hobonichi Techo, and can confirm that it works quite well.
