It looks like ink, but is it definitely fountain pen ink?
I believe Koh-I-Noor ink is made by Diamine, but I could be wrong.

All the inks listed on the Koh-I-Noor site say suitable for brush or dip pen or a Rapid-o-graph technical pen in the case of their "Universal" ink.

This is fountain-pen ink, Füllfederhalter = Fountain-pen.
I doubt that this ink is manufactured by Diamine.
And yes the price is reasonable, itˋs in the common range for their ink.
And by the way, personally I consider ink that is more expensive than 3-5 € per 50ml as overpriced.
I´m sure that you don´t pay for the material costs when buying ink that is more expensive.
Kohinoor-Hardtmuth is a traditional Czech (and formerly also Austrian) manufacturer of stationary and art supply (Pens, pencils, pastels, inks, eraser, pastels,.....)

As above, this IS fountain pen ink and is very good value. The document ink is certified and at the price is way cheaper than the equivalent Mont Blanc document ink which is around 20 GBP here in UK.
Like with MB document ink, it can be difficult to clean out of a pen if left for a while. If you use either a dedicated 'document' pen or change inks reqularly, it shouldn't give any problems.
I am sure their non-document inks are well behaved and will clean easily.
