HisNibs.com update -- New Artista Crystals and Delta raising prices
March 3rd, 2013

Greetings,

In this newsletter we introduce three new colors to the Monteverde Artista Crystal http://www.hisnibs.com/Artista_Crystal.htm line: Yellow, Orange and Purple. This brings the total to seven...if you consider Transparent to be a color. :-)

Delta http://www.hisnibs.com/delta.htm of Italy will be raising their prices on March 10th, with many models increasing 10 - 20%. So, if you've had your eye on a Dolcevita http://www.hisnibs.com/dolcevita.htm or the new Hippocratica http://www.hisnibs.com/hippocratica.htm with the Fusion nib -- among many other Delta models -- now is the time to act (and taking advantage of our substantial discount).

As this newsletter goes out to a mailing list of thousands of customers, please understand if there's a delay in answering your email queries or orders after one of these is sent. We will respond in order received and as soon as possible!

Monteverde Artista Crystal...three new colors

Monteverde let the way, years ago, with the current demonstrator craze and the original transparent Artista. The company continued with the Crystal versions in various transparent colors -- and three more join the line-up now...Yellow, Orange and Purple.

My first stocking order of the new colors arrives at the end of this week...so please reserve your pens now.

The fountain pen comes with a medium nib only (Monteverde's larger nibs for the Invincia http://www.hisnibs.com/invincia_titanium.htm, Regatta http://www.hisnibs.com/regatta1.htm, Prima http://www.hisnibs.com/prima.htm, Napa http://www.hisnibs.com/napa.htm and Catalina http://www.hisnibs.com/catalina.htm do not fit the Crystal). The pens also come as ballpoints or rollerballs.

Whether you've always wanted one of the Delta Dolcevita http://www.hisnibs.com/dolcevita.htm models (of which there are many), lusted after the new Hippocratica http://www.hisnibs.com/hippocratica.htm beauty with its Fusion nib, or any of the myriad other regular production or limited edition models...now's the time to act.

I don't generally stock the Delta line (too many models and nib options -- and too easy to order through YAFA, Delta's U. S. distributor). So, please follow this link http://www.yafa.com/Delta_Pens.shtml to YAFA's Delta website, where you can see what's available in the U. S.

YAFA doesn't always do the best job in keeping their retail prices up-to-date -- so please confirm those with me first. Please know however that whatever the current retail price is, your price will be 20% lower!

On the blog...dolphin convention?

Something unheard of and truly amazing occurred off the coast of San Diego last week.

A super-massive pod of dolphins gathered (some estimate as many 100,000!) and swam and jumped around whale-sighting boats in the ocean.

See one of the many videos on the Web by following the link below to my March 3rd blog entry.
