I found this "The Charlex Pen" and in the pen body it writes: Sele fulling Reg. while it should probably write: Self Filling Reg.
Anyone knows the year of the pen?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome home. Pull up a stump and set a spell. No idea on the year but definitely modern. Most likely Italian sourced. Third tier and look out for leaks at the plunger seal.

It's a recognised classification but I've never seen the exact definition. Someone with more brains will be along soon to clarify.
ETA: Should have used t'internet: http://www.richardspens.com/?page=ref/glossary/T.htm
Go down the page and you'll find 'third tier' and links to first and second tiers.

Also Richard has a write up on the filler system shown. It is called a syringe filler.
