What pen was used today by President Trump? I thought it may have been a series of Cross pens, but I'm not sure. Thanks.

I couldn't tell and was wondering the same thing!
Maybe it was a Trump branded pen. Probably nothing else would be good enough....

I watched on a laptop so I couldn't get a good luck but I was curious too. I watched a YouTube clip about pens used by President Obama to sign official documents and they looked similar to what trump used today. I think the women who stood on our right was in the YouTube video and is the keeper of the pens.
In all seriousness, unless he's really a pen person, I doubt that he'd bother to make that decision. If Cross was already supplying the White House with rollerballs or ballpoints for the Obama administration, they'd probably just keep that up.
As for whether he is a pen person, I don't know, but off on a little tangent, try googling images of his signature. Has nothing to do with how he'll do as president (I hope), but good grief!

I'm just glad they weren't fountain pens.

Hi Guys, I work for Cross. He used à Century 2 black lacquer roller ball with 23kt appointments. We also made a Townsend for him ( same finish) so it might show up in future signings.

Also, what ink? Federal blue of a CIA formulation, maybe?

It is the standard black roller ball refill, medium size. Although I believe Cross does not have the best ballpoint refill, when it comes to Roller Ball, it is just an awesome refill.

Side note: if you have to sign anything that's a double or triple copy, fountain pens don't seem to be up to it...

But isn't carbon copies what manifold nibs were for?
I don't know how well they worked, but I have that impression.
