The Jinhao15 fine nibs.
So far they all write very well and are extremely comfortable to hold.
The cap fits securely into a circular slot for posting.

To date I've purchased four colours. I wish there were metallic purple or dark green ones available.
Gloss Black
Metallic Blue
Gloss Red
Metallic Red

They are all well finished. The metallic red has amount of chipping of the clear varnish at the top of the cap. It also has a plunger converter rather than a twist/screw converter like the other three.

Good value pens for $7-$10 including postage from China.

KI the metallic finsh ones look even better than the photos which don't capture the deep luster of the varnish over the metallic sheen.

I think they write very well for a sub $10 pen.

Mrs Bogon can't recall where she bought the penguin. I suspect it was on a teaching excursion a few years ago. It appears to be made of resin and hand painted.
