USA "Presorted Standard" Stamps

Someone threw in about twenty "USA Presorted Standard" stamps in an eBay win. I can't legally use them; maybe someone here can?

The first PM I receive will get them. Would prefer CONUS because they're only good for actual mail here.

Standard disclaimers apply (namely, I'm not responsible if you try to use them for mail you're not supposed to. )

Before I take them, all you have to do is add the additional postage to bring it up to 49 cents.
