    As I said, the one thing you need to be aware of is that the Neo-Standard is a single threaded cap and takes a brazillion turns to cap or uncap. The other models take less than two turns.

    Because they happened to be on my desk waiting to be cleaned out...

    Visconti HS Bronze Maxi vs. Nakaya Neo Standard. Similar in size, but the HS is easily twice the weight...because rock.

    I think a lot of the HomoSapiens' weight is due to the metal fittings.
    The Bronze Age is only 6g heavier than a Crystal so the Lava resin doesn't add that much more weight and maybe some of it is attributed to bronze/brass vs steel/chrome too.

    I didn't know the crystal limited editions were also heavy. I picked one up once, but didn't have the lava variety with me to compare. It makes sense that the trim rings and clip would add weight. I didn't think they would be responsible for that much of it. Learning new things every day .
