2.) The bacon in the office cafe was actually crispy.

1 breakfast - broke my 24 hour TRE (time-restricted eating)
2 little guy - always there in the morning
3 jotted a note with my newest: Faber-Castell Look + Visconti Blue
1. Country ham, biscuits, and sawmill gravy for breakfast. Coffee with sugar and heavy whipping cream (unwhipped).
2. Dogs licked my ears until I got out of bed. Fortunately, they'd not rolled in rabbit dung first.
3. Preparing an early St. Patrick's Day meal of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and soda bread for company tonight. Peach cobbler for dessert. I love to cook and have people enjoy it.
Time for another cup of coffee.
Update: Dinner was cancelled due to "social distancing", which I agree with, so I'll be eating a lot of corn-beef and cabbage the next few days and putting about 5 lbs on corn beef in the freezer for hash and such.

1) I've finally made it down to under 100 podcast episodes before I am caught up. At about 40 min average per episode, this shouldn't take much longer.
2) We have enough to provide for ourselves and be a blessing to the less fortunate.
3) This encouraging study out of France. Although the CDC isn't looking to chloroquine as an intervention, some other groups are. This study is deeply flawed in many ways (insufficient sample, unequal variance between the groups, participant fatality in the test group, etc), but tentatively provides some hope for a fast, effective COVID-19 treatment.
Online arguments are a lot like the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
As soon as the audience begins to participate, any actual content is lost in the resulting chaos and cacophony.
At that point, all you can do is laugh and enjoy the descent into debasement.

And best of all-
4. Not watching the news.

Cheese rolls. They don't count as three.
2. Hearing that long-distance friends are okay.
3. Planted out some green onion stubs we've been growing indoors all winter.
My other pen is a Montblanc.
And my other blog is a tumblr!

1. Glorious Day, warm and sunny. Everything in the garden is growing very well, lawns are looking good with a recent treatment of weed and feed.
2. Took out and used my Parker Moderne, a small pen from the early 1930s. Imagining the Parker worker at their bench, could they have imagined that their work would still be in use 90 years later.
3. Read the current posts of a really objectionable member, . Questionned if I was wrong in calling them out and read some of his posts going back to 2015. A really negative person who makes bad, bad comments about others but he's the only trash here I see.

They do count as a highly objectionable post though, because now I'm HUNGRY. They look delish.
We have bread again, so was able to enjoy the first Triple C sandwich of the year (Chutney, Cheese, and Cucumber)
Turns out we managed to just get in under the wire for a delivery from the local food box delivery company - the beetroot look especially magnificent.
New catnip toy for Rufus has gone down a storm. It's fish-shaped with a sort of paint splash design - they call it a Pollock Fish. A joke wasted on him, but it makes me chuckle.
