Which one of Jackson’s?
It's her one volume Novels and Stories. I'm rereading The Haunting of Hill House for the first time since America's bicentennial. I don't care for most of her stuff, but The Lottery is pure genius and one I always enjoyed sharing with my Literature students (along with David Macauley's "BAAA").
Best line ever: “and whatever walked there walked alone.” !!!
