Hello from Manila, Philippines
I've loved FPs since college, which was a while ago. My first fountain pen was a Pilot 55 with a cracked cap and a very precise Japanese F nib - rescued from a classmate who was going to throw it away. I wrapped it with black electric tape and used it daily until graduation, when my dad noticed I loved pens and gave me a Montblanc Chopin for my graduation. I have accumulated a certain number of daily user pens - mostly Sheaffers, Esterbrooks, Pelikans and of course Pilots. People ask me why I still need a new pen occasionally, and I just shrug and say, "Why do some women need yet another pair of shoes?" I also love different colored inks.
Current favorite pen: Pelikan M215 (F)
Current favorite ink: J. Herbin Violette Pensee
Here in Manila we have a happy band of FP lovers, and we meet every other month over lunch, pens, inks and notebooks. I'll be recommending this site for them to visit

Welcome! Thank you for recommending FPGeeks to your friends.
You're current favorite pen and ink are two very good choices.
