Huh? What? I don't know of a single person who questioned that Parker had a UK plant and there were already hundreds of pictures all over the net of UK made 45 nibs.
I am confused. What precicely is the point? That England made Y nibs?

I think we misunderstand each other I am not claiming that I have seen lots of pictures of Y nibs (there is one on reddit but no shot of the collar, I have seen one in person but do not own one) but that I didn't know what the antecedent in your sentence was. The thing that "these" refered to was entirely unclear to me as it was so far back in the conversation that I couldn't trace it. Sorry to dissapoint. I misunderstood you.
