Square Cash. No buyer protection, it's more like PayPal friends/family, and I'm not sure on currency exchange, as I've never used it for that.

Square is the most popular (aside from Amazon), you can login in, and pay with your saved information.
A vendor can also send you a Square Invoice.

I once had a European purchase where they asked that I used the service Skrill. I have no idea as to where it stands in the list of these services but worth checking.

I mostly use a prepaid credit card for any purchases online. I stopped using Pay Pal a good while back.
