Hello Jim and welcome to FPG.

Click on the Forum tab, then click on the Community tab, and select Reputation Board.
There you will see who has left Reputation comments for whom, for what posts, and what has been left. When you receive reputation, you should also receive a notification in your Notifications box. Top right
In order to leave reputation for someone, click on the star or asterisk on the post that you wish to leave reputation for and complete the box.
It sometimes gets a bit dodgy if you've left reputation for someone, and you try and leave some more. Sometimes it takes an age before you can leave reputation for someone for whom you've already left some.

Welcome. Where are you situated if you don't mind my asking. Rep Power accrues by other people adding it to your profile. I'm not sure how many people have to click the star before it starts to add up.
