Aurora 98 cartridge only ?

I just won an option on fleabay for Aurora 98 but was surprised to discover that the pen only accepted cartridges. I was really hoping to get the funky filling system featured here:

Is there a way I can buy that filling system separately ?

The pen was originally released with a retractable piston mechanism, but later went to the c/c filler. The retractable piston models also had averyneat ink window incorporated into the clutch ring design--they seem to be pretty affordable on eBay at least...I'd recommend you sell the one you have and pick one up.

You know that the Parker standard converters also work in the Aurora 98s?
