FPN - moderator sacked!

For those who are members on both websites be aware - if you are not already (highly likely) - that I have had my moderator "privileges" removed on that site. I did post a farewell post that lasted all of five minutes before it got yanked by the ass-hats who are running the place.

Anyway, if anyone wants to contact me they can do so from here, for a limited time at least.

Not "you" specifically, but many of the people who gather here have been through very poor and unprofessional behavior at FPN. I won't rehash all that, but just know that there are quite a few around that can well sympathise with EoC and who have never gone back to that site. Basically, old history that keeps repeating itself.

I agree with Stub; I'd consider it a badge of honour. I rarely visit or post there these days. There are a few helpful threads, but a lot of the stuff being posted there recently is facile & definitely proves that "empty vessels make the most sound".

It's likely that outright banning will remove all of your posts causing more confusion, so they just lock you out. Stats (number of members) also go down, which might affect advert money.

There is historical precedence for such behavior that has nothing to do with you.
