    Default Parker Vacumatic Pricing

I am considering getting my first Parker Vacumatic. From my research so far it seems the pricing is anywhere from $150 on up for a fully restored working Vacumatic. I'm not a collector per se. Just want to pick up a good example of one with a medium nib to see how I like it. A "user grade" example is fine with me. I realize I will have to sacrifice on clarity, etc... , but not really looking to spend $150 or more right out of the box. Is it realistic to find a good working vacumatic for $100 or less?

Hi Shane, it is probable that you can find at that price on ebay maybe. I have been collecting Vacumatics and on rare occasions I do find $100 or less. Realistically it goes from $120-$130 as the lowest I have seen for a good Vacumatic. I would refer you to Tim as he normally does some Vacumatic restorations and sells them on his site. Contact him on your need and price point. Am sure he will be able to help
