I got in touch with TWSBI and within the hour, they responded and 8 days later I got the replacement section in my mailbox! Wow ! TWSBI Wow!

I have 2 Ecos inbound - this makes me even more confident after being nervous following some customer reviews.
Hope it didn't make too much mess!
Nope no mess, somehow ink section got isolated and did not flow out.
But why should these things happen in the first place?

I can tell where I'm not wanted.
Someday that'll be on my tombstone.
Anything can break, what matters is how the company handle such issues.

Have to second TWSBI customer Service WOW!
This happened:
Emailed TWSBI Customer Service at 3:05pm.
Reply from TWSBI Customer Service at 3:07pm.
Sent shipping cost via Paypal at 3:30pm.
Email from TWSBI saying the replacement would be sent out the next day at 3:50pm.
I've had similar good service for parts... The feed holder for my 580 had snapped in two. I emailed Philip Wang, who replied almost instantly, and the part was with me, along with a spare feed holder for the Micarta that I asked about as an afterthought, within 2 weeks.
