M600 Blue - 1st Pelikan!

Just ordered my first Pelikan, a blue-striped M600 from CultPens.com. for buyers outside Europe their prices on Pelikan are really good, my M600 was £183.33 including shipping, no VAT (C$318 or US$250).

I had a budget of $300, was originally planning on a Pilot 743/823, but when I found this deal, I jumped. Can't wait for it to arrive.

That's a nice choice. I found Cult Pens to have the best prices on nibs for Pelikan also, even with shipping to the USA.

Cult Pens offer some great pens (and other things) at some excellent prices. Sadly, for buyers within Europe the prices have to include 20% VAT, but at least we can get free delivery.

It's a good online store.

I use cult pens quite a bit, the free postage is great plus they throw in a sample pen (usually a cheap disposable ballpoint) and some haribo.

Oh my goodness, I didn't post a follow up here as I did on Facebook, I apologise. It arrived in just under a week, and I have to say it's one of the best pens I have ever used.

M800 & M1000 variations are officially on the grail list given my experience with the M600. I'm also going to be hunting for vintage Pelikans too down the road.
