Default Which pen do you use for Christmas cards this year?

As I went through the list of people that I'm writing a card for (no that many, I don't know that many people ), I settled on a pen out of many that I can use, and it's usually the dinkiest, most problematic cosmetically, but writes absolutely beautifully (for my taste).

And this year it's a Moore BCHR that I got, it has chipped cap lips, a chunk of the barrel is missing on the end, and the nib is cracked beneath the section. But it dances on my Christmas greeting cards.

    Lovely!

I used two pens to write my cards:

    1) Red Lamy Studio with 1.1 stub nib, filled with Sailor Irori
    2) Pelikan M215 with 1.0 calligraphy nib, filled with J Herbin Vert Empire

I used the Pelikan whenever I thought the recipient might be offended by seeing their (or my) name in red ink.

    Envelopes were addressed by either:

    3) Pelikan M805 with a 0.3 CI nib, filled with Sailor Kiwa-Guro
    4) Pilot Custom Heritage 912 with a SF nib, filled with Rohrer & Klinger Salix

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

I used a Platinum with music nib (w/Bung Box Ink of Witch) on the envelopes. I wanted something bold and dark that would be legible on the various colored envelopes I had to address. For the message I used a Pelikan M101n with medium stub nib and Iroshizuku asa-gao.

I used two Pelikans, an M400 stub italic and M250 stub italic, filled with Diamine Shimmer inks Red Lustre and Magical Forest (i.e., red and green). It's the only time I use those inks; they are going to last a long long time.

No I can't - they're all posted (they had to get from the USA to the UK, so went in very early!)

Sure you can. Ask the receiver to take a picture of them
    Just joking!

Next year I'll make this same thread early enough for you to take a photo before you send it.
